Cruise to Alaska! Click Here

When you reserve your cruise (stateroom) you will lock in the final price, you will be required to place a deposit on your cruise.  The deposit can be made via the internet and you will get as good if not better price than if you call.  Also if you order directly from our web site you will have the advantage of getting our suggestions if you ask.

Deposit on the cruise line will require that you pay a flat rate, between a $100 to $1,000, or a percentage of your final fare, between  10% to 25%.

After you have placed your  reservation your are not book on the cruise pending your final payment. You will be asked to pay the remaining balance of your fare at the final payment due date. Depending on the cruise line, this final payment date can be from 45 to 90 days before sailing.  Normally If you book your cruise during the final payment period, you will be required to pay in full amount to secure the booking.

Cancellation and refund policies vary with each cruise line. You normally get less back as the sailing date approaches. In some case you would not get anything back.  So make sure if you are going to cancel you do so within the cancellation period. You can only cancel within that's cruise line's cancellation period. If you do cancel please send us an e=mail after the cruise line as accepted the cancellation.  We at Best Cruise Bargains has no ability to cancel the cruise for you.  You must take the steps to do that.

Cruise lines will NOT  make exceptions regarding cancellation charge. this is why we strongly recommend that passengers secure appropriate cancellation/ trip insurance. Click here for more information on insurance.  When you order your cruise it will ask if you want it.   I always check YES! It does cost more than I like but it is well worth it.

Deposit, and cancellation conditions may differ for group bookings and special discount booking.   Changes to a different  name or departure dates are treated as cancellations and new bookings by the cruise lines. Because of security this is one of the reasons why the cancellation is so strict.  Insurance may help you exchange the date for another in some cases or get your money back.  Make sure you  always  read the travel insurance you purchased. and may incur cancellation penalties.

When you book online you stateroom online you get a receipt of your booking at the same time.   The cruise line will send you the tickets later on or the booking agent.
